$25 guarantees our hour together. Trust me, I'm not making money on this, but this way we're both serious. And if the session isn’t worth your hour, I’ll refund double: $50.
This isn’t for deep tech before its first customer. And it will frustrate you if the answer is already decided and you want someone to carry it out, if speed reads to you as a risk, or if you’d rather your team didn’t run this themselves once we’re done. There are good people for each of those. I’m not one of them.

What happens next
Thank you for answering. The session is built around the customers or pilot sites you already have, so it gives the most once the product is running with them.
