What this site collects, and where it goes

Plain language, for visitors in Canada and elsewhere. LoopGrow is Andrew Witchell, operating from Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. Last updated 30 September 2026.

Booking a working session

Until online booking opens, the booking page sends your request to my task list and I reply with times. Once it opens, the calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, your name, email address, the time you chose and your answers to the booking questions are stored by Cal.com and copied into my Google Calendar. The $25 is taken by Stripe, through Cal.com or a Stripe payment link, and I never see your card details. Cal.com's and Stripe's own privacy policies govern their handling of that data. Reminders are sent by email and, if you give a number, by text message.

Recordings

Working sessions are recorded with your agreement at booking. The recording and its transcript are stored in LoopGrow's Google Drive, the transcript is produced by a third-party transcription service, and both are used to write your playbook and for nothing else. The mutual non-disclosure agreement covers them, and they are deleted on request.

Forms

The forms on this site, the qualified prospects scorecard and the note on the booking page, send what you type, and for the scorecard your answers and scores, to a task in my ClickUp workspace, where I read and act on it. Nothing is added to a marketing list, and no automated sequence follows. Each form says what you will receive. A hidden field catches automated submissions; a real visitor never sees it.

Analytics

At the time of this draft the site sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. When measurement is added it will be cookieless by default, this page will describe it, and any tool that requires consent will ask for it first.

Email

If you leave your email for a specific item, that is what you get, from andrew@loopgrow.co, and the address is used for nothing else unless you ask. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation this is express consent for that item alone.

Your data during an engagement

Recordings, transcripts and strategy files from an engagement stay in the client's own Drive folder, shared to me, and are deleted from my access on request. A mutual non-disclosure agreement comes before the first working conversation. Nothing becomes a public example without written consent.

Deletion and questions

Email andrew@loopgrow.co to see, correct or delete anything held about you. I answer inside 5 working days.
